Returns and Exchanges

If your order is within 30 days of purchase and unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, please continue reading:

  • Visit the “Contact Us” tab on our website and fill out the required text. Please specify your order number and return or exchange for store credit.
  • A return label will be emailed the same day.
  • Please print the return label and attach to your return, drop off at either USPS or UPS (label will specify).
  • Once the order arrives and has been processed, we will issue a TD Store Credit Code by email. Our customer care team will contact you with any questions.
  • The Store Credit Code allows you to: 1. Shop later (credit expires one year from processing date) or 2. Purchase the correct size or color needed.
  • TD Store Credit Codes for returns cover only the cost of your original order, plus tax. The cost of shipping is nonrefundable and will not be included in your credit amount.

  • Two Dove Outdoors reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges of products that do not meet the policy criteria. We do not offer refunds back to your original payment method.
  • Discounted/Sale products cannot be returned unless damaged.
  • Returns/Exchanges only accepted if purchased through Two Dove Outdoors directly.
